When establishing a company in a traditional way, it is necessary to prepare appropriate documentation and visit a notary public to sign the founding act of the company.
The price includes the preparation of projects:
- company agreements
- statements regarding appointing first management board
- document on the appointment of members of the company’s body
- list of partners
- applications to the National Court Register
The price does not include:
- the cost of the court fee for registration (a mandatory fee paid to the court account)
- notary costs
- sworn translation
- physical submission of documents in court (additional service)
